Honestly I don't know where to start with this book except to say it was heartbreakingly beautiful. It wasn't what I expected to read from this author, it was completly different but just as equally brilliant as her other books that I've read and loved. I have to admit I went into the book not knowing anything about it apart from the title. I didn't read the blurb I just saw this authors name and knew I had to have it.

When you start this book you'll have no idea of the emotional journey you will go on. The heartbreak and emotional pain you'll feel mixed in with what is a beautiful love story will certainly take your emotions through the mixer. I'm not going to say anything about the actual story as I think it's best to read it the way I did which is not knowing anything. If you are one of those types of people that needs to know first then the blurb gives you some idea as to what to expect.

If your looking for a light read this isn't the book for you, its a heavy book with a heavy story. It packs a punch and it doesn't apologise while doing it. Oh how I've missed this authors work and really hope she has another epic book to release at somepoint real soon.

I adore this author's writing style and her ability to make me connect and invest in the characters. This was another great book that I just couldn't put down.

So this is Raelynn and Ben's story. I love the name Raelynn as it's so unique and not a name I've heard much. I instantly connected to both characters and was rooting for them to get together. Ben is an NBA superstar who comes to Raelynn's little hometown in Texas with the rest of the men's USA basketball team to train for the Olympics. Both living completely different lives Raelynn certainly isn't just going to bend over (pun intended) for Mr popular.

I loved their chemistry and banter. They go through such a rollercoaster of a journey that you can't help feeling every emotion. 

Another thing that stood out to me was the supporting characters and how much I wanted to read their stories too and that's why I loved this book so much. It wasn't just the two main characters, it was a whole book full of brilliant supporting characters that made this my favourite book yet.

Another great book by a really talented author. I'm so excited for the next one.

5 massive star read.
One of my favourite authors, I just love her dark twisted  words. I have been really stuggling with books at the minute and not been able to get into them as much. With this book I was addicticed from the first chapter, but then again I knew I would be as I've been waiting for ages to get more of a glimpse into Brantley, and of course Saint.
Please note this does end on a cliffhanger. Now I admit it's very rare I will read a cliffhanger book before all parts are out. I just have no patience in regards to finding out what happens next. That been said this author is one that I will read any book as soon as its out, cliffhanger or not. As I've read every single one of her books I have read a couple of cliffhanger books from her before so I knew what to expect. Then again that didn't stop me from swearing and shouting at my kindle with that ending.
So Brantley and Saint's story. I always knew I'd fall in love with Brantley, but I still didn't expect to love him as much as I did. Every book you think well no one can be as good as Bishop, or Nate, but actually I think Brantley is my favourite. His dark brooding twisted ways and the way he looked out for Saint and was so possessive of her made this book perfect for me. A dark brooding protective alpha male with 11 piercings, erm whats not to love?
As always I loved seeing the other characters and how they interacted in this story, especially Bishop and how he interacted with Saint. I can't wait to see more from their relationship aswell as more from Madison. and how he reacts to that bombshell.
I can't wait for the next book after that massive cliffhanger. And I have t admit I'm so jealous of everyone who gets to start Brantley and Saints story for the first time. Your in for a real treat, just make sure you have no plans as once you start you won't be able to put it down.
Amo you've done it again, the Queen of darkness writes another brilliantly addictive read.

This book is an age gap romance with the added bit of a fake marriage aswell. I have to admit I actually haven't read many age gap romance books, although I have read a few fake marriage ones (although not a lot of them), so I was really looking forward to reading some fresh and different for me.

Once I started this book I couldn't put it down. It was so addictive that I devoured every last page. A story of two people who are both damaged in their own way. A slow burn romance that doesn't feel dull or boring to read. I fell completly in love with the two main characters, and became so invested in their journey that I didn't want it to end, but also had to keep reading to find out what was happening next.

Brilliant read, I'm looking forward to more from this author.

My favourite mafia queen writer does it again. 

Although this book is a standalone and can definatly be read like that, personally for me you need to read the others in this series to get a real feel for these characters and to understand their story on a more deeper level.

I have to admit I've been really looking forward to Ash's book and to see how his and Annie's story would work. From the minute I read about these two in the last book of the series I knew their book was going to be epic. 

Ash is broken and mourning in such a way that you don't think he will ever recover from the way he's feeling. Annie is also broken in her own way and you just know that these two broken characters are just meant to be. Full of twists and turns you won't know what to expect next. A jam pact rollercoaster of a read you will be addicted till the very last page.

I keep thinking that this author can't possibly write the next book as well or as an addictive read as the last book, but she does, every single time. I can't wait for more in this mafia world.

 Riot Rules is book two in the Crooked Sinners Series. It can be read as a standalone, or in conjunction with the other books in the series. I would advise maybe reading the first book as you do get glimses into the main characters story and it helps you to understand and connect to them more.

I first came across this author when I read the first book in this series Riot House and straight away fell in love with the characters. This is Dash and Carrie's story and boy is it pact full of angst. Carrie is hiding a huge secret and her back story is one full of pain, and Dash well Dash is damaged in his own way. The attraction between the two of them is electric, you can see how much Dash is fighting it but he just can't deny the physical pull to Carrie.
I don't want to give to much away about this book but Dash and Carrie’s story was nothing like I expected it to be, which made it even more thrilling to read. I was addicted from chapter 1 and I'm actually jealous of all the people who get to read this series from the start, not knowing what to expect and getting to read these characters for the first time.

I loved this book and I love this series. Full of drama, angst, and twists and turns. I can't wait for more from this author.
