This is one of my favourite hockey romances I've read for a long time and a great start to a new series. Leo and Scarlett are both really connectable characters who you easily relate to and invest in their story.

When Leo and Scarlet first meet the attraction and spark is instant. After a night of fun they go their separate ways, that is until the next time they see each other and it turns out she's the forbidden fruit he should have never touched. She's his coaches daughter and is off limits. But when Scarlett starts working with her dad the sparks start flying around again, and it gets harder and harder to resit another taste. 

I just loved this story, the journey they go on and the connection they had was perfect. I can't wait for the next book in this series.

This is the first book in a new series that will follow hockey players from the Las Vegas Vipers. 

I do love a good friends to lovers romance. Garrett has been friends with Lizzie for years and they've had a sort of on and off friends with benefits type thing. After one of their hook ups Lizzie finds out she's pregnant, but doesn't know how to tell Garrett who's been traded from Chicago to Las Vegas. 

I enjoyed the chemistry between these two and also the deep emotional connection they have from been friends for so many years. No matter what happens throughout the book you can feel that deep friendship through the pages. They do tip toe around their feelings a bit to much for me but I suppose you just have to remain patient and understand that's part of their journey.

I'm looking forward to reading more in this series.

This is book 2 in the Mile High Rocked series, but can be read as a standalone, which is what I did.

This isn't your typical rockstar romance that you'd expect to be reading, it was different but good different. There is quite a lot what I call genres in this book. You would think it would be too overwhelming but actually it really works. For example its a rockstar romance but also a enemies to lovers, surprise pregnancy, mixed in with best friends sister so that forbidden side to, so it will suit a lot of different people who like certain genres in a book. 

So this book is Courtney and Bax 's story. Courtney is the publicist for her brother's band Dimefront which includes Bax as the lead singer. They've grown up together but don't get on at all anymore, well that is until that one time they do and that results in the surprise pregnancy. I loved the whole dynamic to these two and watching them go on this rocky journey. The banter with the other characters throughout this book was so fun to read and it was pact with enough drama to keep your attention till the very end.

I really enjoyed this book and will be going back to read book 1 now. Can't wait for more.

This is book 6 in the Jock Hard series, but can be read as a standalone. 

 This is a jock romance but reversed. So Roman is the nerdy shy one into all things science, and Lily is the outgoing cheerleader. I have to admit I don't usually read nerdy guy books. What can I say I just tend to always go for the bad boy or the player, that type of male lead. But I'm so glad I read this as I got to see a completely different perspective. 

Roman and Lily are really awkwardly sweet together. They first meet when they're freshmen's at a party, but then don't see each other again till years later when Roman moves in with Lily's best friend. I enjoyed the friends to lovers side and watching their relationship develop and grow. 

A great addition to this series, I'm glad Lily got her story and HEA.

This is my favourite book in this series. I've been waiting for Rhys and Sera’s story since what feels like forever. When I first started reading the Hellfire club series I knew this was going to be a great book, so I was really looking forward to getting stuck in as soon as it landed on my kindle.

Serafina is the queen of Pembroke Prep, Rhys is the devil with the rep to go with it. Their chemistry is on fire, you can literally feel them smoking through the pages. There is so much emotion and feels throughout this book, I just found it so easy to love these characters and invest in their story. I'm actually not going to say anything about the characters or their story I'm just going to tell you to read it yourself and enjoy the journey and emotions you'll feel while reading it.

Honestly I've been in a but of a book funk at the minute after reading a couple of books that had a really (and I mean really) slow burn romance. Don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with that type of book, I read them all the time but when you nearly get to the end of the book and not much has happened that just kind of puts me in a bit of book funk. I wanna feel all the feels and go on a rollercoaster of emotions, not just plod along. Luckily this book landed on my kindle and it couldn't have come at a better time. I could not put it down, I devoured every last page. 

This final book is both bitter sweet. A great ending to a great series but I am gutted its over. I really loved all the characters throughout this series and can't wait to see what this author writes next.

This author is one of the authors that really got me back into reading with her rock chick series a few years ago when I was in a real book slump and had fell out of love with reading. So I always look forward to a new book from her. 

This is Pepper and Auggie's story and the fourth book in the series. While it can be read as a standalone I'd really recommend reading the others in this series first in order to better connect to these character's.
I've been waiting for their book all through this series as we've seen glimpses in past books. Maybe that's why I was expecting it to be a bit more of a faster pace, yet it seemed to start off really slow. A bit to slow on the romance side for me. It is pact full of drama and angst though, and there is some really suspenseful moments that you come to expect from a book by this author.

Overall this is a great addition to this series and I'm looking forward to the next book this author writes.

Prologue

Auggie stood at the front of the church and watched her walk down the aisle. The bridesmaids’ dresses Lottie chose were very Lottie. Sleek. Sexy. Baring.

All the women looked great in them, but none of them looked better than Pepper.

And he thought that even before Pepper, as she strutted down the aisle, caught sight of her daughter, Juno, and shot her girl a huge smile.

Pepper Hannigan was gorgeous.

Anytime she was with her daughter?

They were the next in the line of Lottie’s matches. Auggie and Pepper.

Mo and Lottie were the obvious firsts (Mo was one of Aug’s four best buds), and Lottie earning the love of Mo had been all Lottie’s idea.

He lost her attention when she shifted to take her place at the front of the church and

Auggie tore his gaze away from her to watch the next woman, Hattie, march down the aisle. On its way, his gaze snagged on Juno.

Dark hair to her mom’s blonde, she was all dressed up, her hair curled —her mom was a bridesmaid in a big wedding with all the prep that entailed, but it was clear Juno had not been forgotten.

She was staring at her mother, beaming with pride.
