4.5* read for the series.
This is a series that I fell in love with from book one and couldn't wait to read the rest of the series. I love this authors writing style, you get completely captivated with the story and characters and I find that I can't put them down till I get to the very last page.
I don't want to say to much about the series except that although they can be read as standalones, in my opinion you should read them all so you can fall in love with every character like I did. At lot of different issues are faced in each book and this author writes it in such a brilliant and sensitive way that you can't help going on the journey with them.
A surprising series that I never expected to love as much as I did.

This is my first book by this author and I went into it not knowing what to expect but ended up been pleasantly surprised. 
Dynassy is a reality TV star who after getting a lot of bad publicity gets booked to attend an event to boost her image. Whilst there she meets Bridger again who she previously meets when she took her car into getting fixed. This starts off their journey and its a journey I don't want to say to much about except that I loved it and enjoyed going along with them. I will defiantly be reading more from this author.

I yawned and was about to pull out my phone when one of the sexiest men I’d ever seen walked through the door.

The vibe that entered the room with him was so intense that I almost giggled out loud like a schoolgirl. His sandy-brown hair had just enough curl to give it a mind of its own, and make him look like he’d spent the day surfing. Or maybe doing something more naughty to mess it up.

To my disappointment his navy blue coveralls didn’t have his name scrawled on them, but I did notice a line of tattooed blue stars trailing down one side of his neck, and it made me wonder where that tattoo ended and what other ones he was hiding beneath his clothes. He moved with the grace more common of an athlete than a mechanic, and his green eyes had a soulful intensity that made my heart skip a beat.

“How can we help you today?” The Adonis spoke, startling me from my thoughts. His voice was deep and sexy and I wanted to hear more of it.

“Um, I dropped my car off last week, but before I wrecked it, it was giving me some problems.”

“What kind of problems?”

“Like a squeaking problem.”

“Were there times it did it more than others?”

Now I felt stupid, and I wished I could drive the car for him and let him hear it for himself, but I jacked it up pretty good when I hit that tree.

“Not really?”

There I went sounding tentative again.

“It’s probably a belt. We can fix it.”

The confidence in his voice made me think this man could take care of any problems a girl might have.

We ate in silence, and she took the containers to the trash. When she returned, she bit her lip. It was a look I couldn’t read. I had no clue what she was trying to say. I just wanted to grab her luscious ass and see how she felt when I was deep inside of her. “So, Liam… let’s’ cut to the chase. Am I really your prisoner in this… dump?”

“Yeah. Besides, you don’t want to leave anyway.”

“Why do you say that?”

“Because if you go, you think you’ll come face to face with a ruthless Russian covered in prison tattoos, ready to finish what those bastards in the alley started. You have no choice but to stay with me. Like I said before, make yourself at home.”

She looked at the ground. The situation was clear. She was scared shitless of the Russians, and she wanted my protection. What wasn’t clear was why the Russians would have anything to do with some young woman. She didn't give off the same type of vibe that most whores seem to have. She was also too feisty and didn’t have the dead eyes of being beaten down by life, or at least not yet. She was brave, too, or just plain stupid. You would have to be brave or stupid to run from the Russians like that. Whatever it came down to, it would mean work for me. It was always the same.

People always wanted something from a man like me, because I was willing to do the things that most people weren’t. I’d kill anyone if you paid me enough. However, I had one rule: no children. Maybe I was kidding himself, thinking my rule made me less than a monster.

Despite the seriousness of the situation, my mind kept dwelling on that hot body of hers. I’d love to have seen that ass bouncing on my cock as I pounded her deep from behind, one hand grabbing her hip, my other hand reaching around to her bouncing tits, pinching her nipples.

One thing I usually struggle with a don't like in a book is when it goes from present to past. I don't know why as I know it helps you with their story, I just find that I don't like it in most cases. Although this story does that I actually didn't mind and I managed to get more of a connection to the characters because of this.
This is all about second chances and about Dani and Mason and what happens when your past comes back. When Mason see's Dani again he tries to make her see that he's changed but shes not interested. This then leads to an emotional journey and a lot of hurdles to overcome.
Greet read can't wait for more from this author.

At the minute I'm really in to MC reads so I was really looking forward to reading this book. 
This is Swiss and Gia's story and when Gia is put into a difficult situation shes then thrust into Swiss' world which at first hes not happy about till he realizes she needs his protection. I loved the relationship between these two and watching it develop whilst getting a drama pact story. I will defiantly be reading more by this author.

The corner of his mouth lifted. Gia sighed in impatience.

"I don't know what I'm doing. You're like nobody I've ever known." She glanced around making sure they hadn't grabbed anyone else's attention. "I'm also feeling guilty."

"About?"

She sagged in her chair. "I came here with the intent to use you for protection like some big warning sign to keep the bad men away and instead…"

"Instead, you want me," he said, shrugging. "It is what it is, sweetheart."
