REVIEW
4* read.
This was the first book I've read by this author so I hadn't read book 1 meaning I was playing catch up in places, but that didn't spoil my read and enjoyment of this story.
This isn't usually the genre I would pick up, but it was a refreshing change to my normal reads and it was a well wrote and drama filled story that had a lot of twists and turns to keep you interested till the last page. I look forward to going back to read the first book and also to see what this author writes next.

REVIEW
3.5* read.
This was very close to a higher rating read for me but the ending knocked it down for me especially as I didn't realize it wasn't a standalone, I'm not sure if I missed it somewhere but I cant remember seeing wrote that it would end on a cliffhanger so I wasn't expecting it at all. I usually stay away from cliffhanger books till all the books are out as I'm to impatient to wait so I think it really needs to be stated somewhere for readers like me that this is a cliffhanger ending so I can make that choice.
Now that's out of the way I will say that I loved the characters and the story it was just a bit slow paced in the first half of the book for me although it did pick up eventually it was a little to late for me liking.
I will defiantly be reading the next book as I want to find out what happens next.

Excerpt

Fletcher

“You’re Fletcher, aren’t you?” a tall blonde with legs that go on for miles asks, resting her hand on my shoulder. Logan smiles with a look that says you’ve pulled tonight. She is pretty tidy looking, but has overdone it in the make-up department. I rake my eyes in appreciation over her body. Curves in all the right places, and those tits, bloody hell…I could have a lot

of fun with those as I slide between them, but of course, they’re probably fake.

“Yeah,” I say, even though I shouldn’t, but I’m sure the rest of the guys are loving the female attention they’re getting. “Drinks all around,” I call out.

The bartender smiles as he looks at our company. Even he has an idea of how tonight will end.

The blonde tells me her name, but I don’t take any notice. I don’t want to remember her name in the morning, or whenever I creep out of her bed. Makes it easier that way. As the alcohol flows freely, the blonde keeps trying to persuade me to get on the dance floor with her. She seems the type that wouldn’t mind putting on one hell of a floor show. I might be on the drunk side now, but I’m still cautious. I’ve definitely learned my lesson over the years; you just never know who is lurking around, ready to get pictures. She can do what she wants for me in private later on, though.

REVIEW
4* read.
Thia ia the last book in this series and another great addition. It caught you up on all the couples and ties up any loose endings in a pretty bow. I will admit this wasn't my favourite in this series and I did feel as though we didn't really need this book as it didn't really add anything to this series, just caught you up on characters. That been said i enjoyed getting another glimpse into their lives and seeing this authors brilliant writing style again.
A short but intense read that kept me intrigued till the end. I look forward to seeing this authors next book.

REVIEW
3* read.
This isn't like any other book I've read and I suppose that can be taken in both a good and bad way. The two main character instantly have a insta love and for me I felt they needed more of a build up. Don't get my wrong I LOVE insta love reads but this just wasn't believable enough for me and everything happened far to quickly. I will also say that the twist in this book spoilt it for me. I won't say anything about it as I don't spoil books for other readers no matter what I think about the story but I will say it just felt like it was dropped there to make drama that just wasn't needed.
I didn't love this book or the characters but I didn't hate it either it was just kind of a nice read that I felt needed more to it.

REVIEW
3* read.
This is a very short and fast paced novella size read although I didn't realize it was a novella when I first picked it up. While it was a short read it was well wrote and there is a lot of depth to the book I just struggled to connect to the characters in such a short amount of time which is a problem I sometimes have with novellas. I don't want to give to much away of the actual plot so I wont say much more except to say that if short quick paced book are your type of read then this is worth a look.
I will defiantly be reading more from this author and I look forward to seeing their other work. Again if you want a quick well wrote read with insta love mixed in then this is the book for you.

This is a really hard book to review and keep completely spoiler free so I'll keep it short.

Author Bio

There's something about the written word that is pure magic.

Possibly it's the fact there are 26 letters in the English alphabet, and they can create something so beautiful or so empowering they're capable to change our lives.

How important is it that we break suit and stretch our minds?

I like to think of myself as 'unique'. My stories aren't for everyone, and sometimes I may push what you believe to be 'normal'.

Normal is subjective.

I prefer to be known as a person who's never been 'bound by custom' but is 'unique by choice'.

I hope you do read and enjoy my stories.

My brother is an idiot. He won the lottery and invested all of his money in a run-down bowling alley. Since he’s barely making it, he moved in with me.
Great.
Having him around the house isn’t the worst thing in the world, but he does make a mess like nobody’s business. My friends Zeke, Jessie, and Kayden keep me sane but there’s only so much they can do.
And it’s definitely not the worst thing in the world when his old friend, Ryker, moves to town.
The second I lay eyes on him, I’m hot under the collar. He makes my body burn in longing and freeze in desperation at the exact same time. When he talks, I don’t listen to anything he says because I’m staring at that hard jaw and those kissable lips like I already own them.
But he’s a bed hopper. A playboy. A heartbreaker.
I’m all down for some hot, sweaty, yummy sex even if it doesn’t have a fairy tale ending. I’ve been down that road before. I know the drill. But with Ryker, it’s different.
Because I know I’ll fall in love with him.
For now, I’ll steer clear of him and keep my hands to myself. It can’t be that hard, right?
Or can it?
REVIEW
3* read.
After reading the blurb I couldn't wait to get stuck into this book, unfortunately although I enjoyed it and the book had promise I just found the writing style to be slightly lacking in places which brought the marking down for me. That been said I will be reading the rest in this series to see where else this story goes and hopefully my marks will go up.
This book is told in dual POV and I was surprised that one of these was the main leads brother and not the other lead if that makes sense. It was defiantly unique but I think not getting Rykers POV somehow detached me from him. Ryker was the character I mostly struggled to connect to which was surprising for me as I usually lean more towards his type of character. I did however love Rex and I can't wait for more from him.
