I have to say i love my Curry's and love making them from scratch and have used a lot of different curry mixes and sauces in the past but I've found them to be quite tasteless sometimes and takes hours to cook and is either to watery or to thick, but not this one from the spice tailor. Its gotta be the nicest curry I've ever had, and that includes takeaway Curry's I've bought. I cooked the chicken in the oven first and then fried it off in the frying pan and added the sauces. There is instructions on the packet which explains exactly what to do so even none cooks could manage. I was gonna take a picture of the finished dish but it looked so yummy I'd ate it before i had a chance, but next time I'll make sure to take a picture of the finished dish too. They do a range of different sauces and i cant wait to try the all the other kinds too.
