Navy SEAL Logan Ambrose has come home for the holidays, ready and willing to propose to his longtime girlfriend and leave the military. Only, the homecoming he expected is suddenly derailed when he discovers her in bed with his best friend. So, what’s a guy to do, but head home, get drunk… and wake up married to a woman he doesn’t recognize.
Willow Vaughn has been in love with Logan forever, but when he left town, she gave up hope of ever making him hers. So, when fate strikes and the two run into each other in Vegas, Willow jumps at the chance to be with him. But, never in her wildest dreams did she expect to wind up married to the hot military man. This should be easy to explain to their families…only, the two of them are not sure what to say or do—stay married or pretend the whole thing never happened?

3.5*/4* read.

This was a cute festive novella featuring characters from the Holland Springs series although its not necessary to have read these first as this can be read as a standalone.

This is Logan and Willow's story. Willow is a wedding planner and planned several weddings so in need of a break she decides she needs to go on a vacation. Logan is a navy seal and when he comes home to surprise his girlfriend, hes the one who ends up with a surprise instead. Wanting to escape for awhile he heads off to Vegas.

Willow has loved Logan from a distance for years and the last thing they both expect when on vacation in Vegas is to come across each other. I think the title gives you a big clue as to the story but what I loved was watching how they interacted and even though it was a short story that didn't take away anything from these great characters.
