4.5* read.
Wow what did I just read. This is my first book by this author but not my last. I actually enjoyed the story more then I though I would. Nothing against the author I just wasn't sure how much I was going to connect to a story about a pirate but oh boy did I fall for that sexy pirate. This is a modern day book pact full of suspense and sexual tension and enough banter to keep even me amused till the very last page. Mixed with the whole Mafia side to this was a jam pact drama filled beauty of a book. I didn't want it to end, completly unique and different to anything I've read before I'm so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and gave this book a try.
