I will start by saying I love this author but this has been the one and only book by this author that I have struggled with. It seem to take me forever to read it as I had to keep putting it down and walking away so that I didn't skip parts as it seemed to drag in places. It just didnt live up to its high expectations from reading the first book. Its a good book don't get me wrong it just wasnt a fall in love great book it was just ok.
This is the second book in this series and the first book does need to be read before this one. This carries on from where book one ended. I don't want to say to much about the actual characters or storyline as I did love the characters in book one but this book they got on my nerves and I lost all connection. I'm sure I'm probably one of the only ones but it just wasn't for me and I'm gutted myself about that. My opinion is you need to read it for yourself and form your own decision as event though it wasn't for me, there will be a lot of readers out ther who will love it.
I love the cover and I love this author and even though this wasn't my favourite book by this author I will still be eagerly awaiting the next book.
