Combust, an all new sexy and emotional standalone by K. Bromberg is NOW AVAILABLE!

From New York Times Bestselling author, K. Bromberg, comes the second standalone book in the Everyday Heroes series. Just how hot will firefighter Grady Malone turn up the heat? Songwriter Dylan McCoy has been burned. By her boyfriend she found in her bed . . . with someone else. By the contract she signed that obligates her to work with him until the songs for his new album are complete. By her agent when she asked Dylan to keep their breakup on the down-low. When she finds herself in Sunnyville, she refuses to let her new roommate burn her too. Still . . . a rebound has never looked so good. That’s her first thought when she sees firefighter Grady Malone. Sexy. Charismatic. Unapologetic. He’s a man who carries his own scars—the ones on his back, the survivor’s guilt on his soul, and the fear in his heart. When an unexpected visitor puts their roommate status to the test, will their undeniable attraction burn out, or will they both take a chance and play with fire?

My Review:

5 massive star read.

I love this author and I love love loved this book. Combust is defintaly the read title for this read. Now the book before this one Cuffed I also loved and I didn't think that Grady could beat his brother's book or even mach up to it, but he actually did. I loved these characters just as mcuh if nor more then Cuffed.

So Combust is Grady and Dylan's story. Now what to say about these two. Just real loveable charcters who you instanly relate and connect to. Grady is friends with Dylan's brother and when she needs a place to stay and escape for awhile Grady offers up his home. Now what I love in books is when the two main characters have to stay in the same house for whatever reason. It's just the sexual tension and chemistry of been in that intimate environment seems to be that much more intense and makes for a great read. Grady is a firefighter who is dealing with some real issues. I felt so sorry for him and just wanted to wrap him in a massive hug. Dylan is also dealing with her own issues hence why she ends up staying with Grady. I loved Dylan, such a strong female lead to go with Grady who is such a big character he needs that spunky strong woman.  The chemistry, the banter, it was just perfect, I fell in love with both of them.

I can't wait for the next brothers story. This time I defiantly don't think he can beat Grady's book but we'll just have to wait and see. Great author, great read, buy this book now you definatly won't be disappointed.
