I have read most of Lauren's novels and loved them all, but I do think this is my favourite one yet. It is one of her most romantic and swoon worthy books to date and I loved every page of it. I think having the added destination of Paris in this book is maybe what made it that much more romantic. The authors attention to detail made you feel as if you were actually in Paris and I really didn't want the book to end. It pulls on your emotions in ways I can't even explain, but you will be addicted till the very last page and then want to start all over again.
The connection between Joy and Griffin was immediate and hot. The chemistry could be felt off the pages and as a reader you are really investing in their story and wanting them to get together. I actually don't want to say anything about their actually story, the blurb pretty much gives you what you need to know and so I feel everyone should experience it first hand themselves without me telling the ins and outs of their relationship. What I will say is that I immediantly connected to both characters and due to this authors beautiful writing style I was able to immerse myself in this fantastic read.
