This is a bitter sweet review for me to write as this is the end of this amazing series. No more Larsson boys for me to fall in love with, and although it was a perfect book for a perfect ending I'm still gutted that there'll be no more in this series. I'm a massive fan of
Alex and Maya were best friends growing up but when Maya has to move, because of her father, they don't see each other again. That is until she moves back after 10 years and decides (due to some medelling) that she should phone Alex up. When they first meet up again after all those years, straight away you can feel the sexual chemistry between the two of them. Even though growing up it was Alex's brothers that Maya had crushes on so she's never really seen him this way till now when her eyes are opened. I loved the light hearted nature of their relationship sometimes aswell as the added drama and banter of the two of them together. I also loved seeing the glimpses of his brothers and their partners and been able to still enjoy them aswell. I basically just loved these characters.
Sometimes when it's a last book in a series it can end up been quite flat, rushed, or just not as good as the others, but I'm so glad that this author lived up to her great work and produced another addictive read. A great end to a great series of books, I can't wait to see what brilliance I get to read next.
