I've never actually read any of this author's work before, so wasn't sure what to expect when I started this book. The blurb actually doesn't do this book any justice, and that's not a bad thing it's just way more then you expect. This is a standalone although can be linked into another one of her books I think. As I've just mentioned I read it as a complete standalone and didn't feel like I was missing out on anything.
Oh I do love a enemies to lovers read. I actually had no idea where this story was going or how it was going to end up. The banter and sarcasm between Rj and Dani was hilarious. You go on a unexpected journey throughout this and completely invest in their story. It's a really unique read and a different take on what I expected to be reading.
My review is a bit vague as I really feel you need to just read the book yourself to fully understand and get all the feels like I did. It's a really great book and I will be going back and reading more from this author.
