I felt beyond lucky to be getting an early copy of this book as I love this authors work. First off I will say that this cover is stunning. One of my favourite covers of this year I think. I have complete hair envy but not only that it makes this cover stand out which is what I need to make me pick up a book and want to read it. As I've said numerous times I do judge a book by its cover, when you read as many books as I do you have to have something that grabs your attention straight away and make you want to read the blurb and find out more about the actual book.

So this is Poppy and Adam's story. They meet in a bar and have a one night stand, when Poppy goes to leave the next day she has a thought. She needs a date (a four day date to be precise) for her sister's wedding and thats where she comes up with the idea of taking Adam and bam theres your four day fling. The chemistry between these two was smoking hot and even though there pretending to be in a relationship you can feel their connection.

What she doesn't realise is that he's this big hockey superstar and she must be the only one who doesnt know who he is which is a bit awkward when there pretending to be in a relationship. Poppy's family, her mum especially made this story even better. The banter between Poppy and her mum was so funny that I found myself laughing out loud in public whilst getting funny looks from people. It was a book that I never wanted to end and yet couldn't put down even though I knew I would finish it even quicker.

I can't fault this book in any way, or its great characters and story. This author has wrote another amazing book and I can't wait for the next one.

This is one of the authors who I fell in love with from their debut book which is actually very rare for me. I love her writing style and easy flow to her books with gripping characters and great stories.

This is a novella length book that was part of an Anthology but has been realised on its own now. Now I went into this book knowing it was this length, but once you start reading it your desperate for more so I really would have loved it been a normal length. But thats only because I loved the characters so much that you can't help wanting more.

Cam and Mollie's story although short is addictive and entertaining. As this is a novella their feelings and relationship do progress quicker then normal and it did loose me a bit as I struggled to believe their feelings so quickly. That been said I still loved them and their story.

I can't wait for the next, write quicker please ;).

This is my first book by Stella (a talented duo of authors), although it isn't the first book they've actually wrote together I just haven't read them yet. I can be a bit funny with duo authors as I feel sometimes it just doesn't work mixing two authors together. That wasn't the case with this though as it was a great read that flowed well.

Chris and Lexi are the main charcters and they have a past, they were college sweethearts but when life happens they end up agreeing to split up. 5 years later they both see each other again, both blaming the other for spliting up which does lead to quite a bit of angst and drama. They've both got a second chance now the question is will they take it? A massive rollercoaster of a read this will keep you on the edge of your seat till the last page. One thing I wasn't to keen on was the flashbacks in the story, but I do know they needed to be shown so you could see their past relationship I just found it to be a bit to jumpy.

I'm looking forward to more books from this duo.

 Amo Jones my favorite dark romance authors. When it comes to dark romance I'm very picky so when I came across Amo and her amazing dark writing style I fell in love. When I saw she was doing a contemporary romance type book I was intrigued and also a bit worried as to whether I would like it as much. I'm glad to say that yes I loved it. No it wasn't a dark read but yet it still had Amo's same perfect writing style throughout that grips me and pulls me into her story. A book you just don't want to put down but also don't want to finish as quick because you just want the story to be never ending. 

First thing to say is that I love the cover. Matches this book perfectly whilst also been a stunning eyecatching cover which I need when I read as many books as I do. The storyline was great. Lots of twists and turns and angst mixed in to make this one great drama filled read.
Amethyst (love this name) and Maddox were perfect lead characters but where also supported by alot of other great characters around them. I love a book where you not only fall in love with the main characters, but the supporting characters too and thats something this author does really well. The chemistry between Amethyst and Maddox was smoking and they have great banter betweent them too.

So many emotions, such a great read. This book was everything I was hopeing for and way more. I can't wait for this authors next book.

My favourite thing about this book is actually the cover. It's stunning and really stands out, or maybe I'm just in love with the colours and her hair. Why can't I do my hair like that? And as I've said before I know I shouldn't but I do judge a book by it's cover. When you read as may books as me the cover has to stand out in order for me to want to pick it up and read it. If it's a stock photo that I've seen numerous times then it doesn't interest me.
This is Dakota and Shawn's story. The reason for my rating is that I did love the characters and their story, but I don't think I completly invested in them as a couple or in their chemistry. I'm really not sure why but it just didn't completly click for me. Like I say I enjoyed their story, the drama and twists and turns and the emotional rollercoaster that they go on I just didn't invest enough in them. It was still an enjoyable well wrote book I just need more of a character connection to rate this any higher.
A good read I'm looking forward to reading more of this authors work.
