If he wasn’t my neighbor and friend I may have thrown myself at him. Okay, yeah. I wouldn’t. Because guys like Dylan don’t want a woman who writes kid’s math textbooks under him in bed. Instead, I pathetically savor morsels of moments where I have his sole attention.  

That was until his archenemy moved in with me. Now suddenly, Dylan’s moving in too and warning off the first guy in a long time who’s showing me interest. Could he finally see me as more than a friend, or am I just a prize to win and show off to his enemy?

Review:
4.5* read.
Although this is the third book in the series it can be read as a standalone, which is actually what I did. I've never actually read a book my this author before (or I should say by these authors as Piper Rayne is two authors in one). What grabbed my attention first with this particular book was the title, I love a good roomate read. And then after reading the blurb I knew I definatly had to read it.
This is Rian and Dylan's story. They've been friends for years, and living as neighbours in the same apartment building until Rian's roommates leaves her alone in a three bedroom apartment. 
You know Rian has feelings for Dylan but Dylan plays his cards close to his chest, until Jax Owens, his childhood friend turns up and moves into Rian’s apartment. Dylan then decides to move into her apartment aswell to ‘keep an eye’ on his old friend who he doesn't trust alone with Rian. Will Rian be abe to hide her feelings for much longer now he's under the same roof? You'll have to read it to find out.
A great friends to lovers story, I'm looking forward to going back and reading the rest of this series.
