I
have to admit I've been waiting like a child waiting for Christmas for this
book by a well known blogger. This is a debut novel and I have to say after
reading this one I hope she writes more really soon. Its very rare I can give
such a high rating on a debut novel but sometimes I come across a unique and
special author who even with their first book they grab my attention and
deserve a high rating. the writing flowed so well that it grabbed your
attention and you couldn't put it down till you'd finished it.
This is the story of Abby Murphy who should
be on top of the world, she's a famous pop star but her life isn't perfect at
all and she has more trouble in her life then me (and that's saying something
ha). Her boyfriend is the guitarist in her band and also a complete cheating
a***hole and her mother, who is also her manager, is one of the most vindictive
characters and controls every aspect of Abby's life. But there's a little light
in her life in the form of sexy bodyguard Danny. They end up spending lot of time together and their friendship
starts to become more. I loved seeing how their relationship progressed and
developed throughout.
Great book from a debut author full of everything
you could want and more, I cant wait to see what she writes next, hopefully a
book on Sophie.

Meet the Author
Debra is a native New Yorker who made her escape to the suburbs. She
often returns to her hometown to visit her favorite deli for a bagel with
butter, because there’s no better bagel than a New York
She started writing lyrics in her wall-to-wall NKOTB bedroom at the
tender age of thirteen while dreaming of the day she’d become Mrs. Jordan
Knight. That dream never came to fruition, but she has continued to write. Now
